The Fresno Police department is committed to eliminating human trafficking in our city, but cannot do it alone. We need organizations like Breaking the Chains which is designed to rescue women from a lifestyle that was forced upon them. Breaking the Chains has the ability to connect with these young women, and provide them the needed counseling and resources that will allow them to begin a new life. We value their partnership and vow to continue to do our part to pursue and arrest those involved in human trafficking and to provide a way out for the victims of this heinous crime.
